Helped across different George’s digital channels including CRM, editorial design, as well as the seasonal campaigns that play an important role in sales performance. Work closely with agency’s team to ensure consistency of brand and campaign design across all channels. Ensure all digital design is responsive to different platforms and devices.

 

Campaign objectives were:

•Reduce time to 2nd order.

•Increase order frequency from 3.3 to 3.5 (8%).

Action Plan:

•Spread out key brand messages to increase brand perception and develop brand relationship/trust

•Give your brand a voice by using relevant keywords (SEO)

•Provide customers with helpful, informative and inspiring content

Target:

George customers who have only made one purchase 30%. Increase current conversion 55% by 10%.
